Listen to a 20 minute guided shamanic journey led by University of Arizona Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine and IMER faculty Jana Din. Shamanic Journeying is an ancient and universal practice still used in the present day by anyone interested in gaining insight and understanding into life’s challenging issues, problems, conflicts, experiences, and health conditions. It is a highly effective shamanic healing process that can help relieve anxiety, stress, tension, and worry, both in one’s self and one’s patients. Guided shamanic journeys can be used to provide additional healing support for patients, their families, and the clinicians who care for them.
